Pay your deposit to lock your slot, then your contribution via Mobile Money. Daily groups are paid every day. Friday groups are due on Friday, and paying earlier in the week counts.

When your turn comes, the cashout for that turn lands in your MoMo wallet. The cycle keeps going until every member has had their turn.

A susu is a group savings system. Every member pays the same fixed amount on the same rhythm.

On each turn, one member receives the pot collected for that turn.

Contributions continue until every member of the group has had their turn.

Your turn position depends on payment consistency. Members who pay on time take their turn earlier. Late payers move further down the list.

01Is the deposit a fee?+
No. The deposit is added to your contributions and returned to you when you cash out. It is not money paid to the admin. It makes sure we admit only serious members.
02Can I get a refund if I change my mind?+
No. Once a payment is made it is non-refundable. This applies to the deposit, daily contributions, and any other money sent to a group. We enforce this to protect every member who showed up on time.
03What if someone doesn't pay?+
They are moved to a later position in the turn order. Persistent defaulters are removed and the group continues. Every other member still gets their cashout.
04How are slots assigned?+
Slots are first come, first served. Priority goes to members who are punctual and committed to paying on time.
05Can I be in more than one group?+
Yes. Many members run two or three groups at different contribution amounts.
